Domestic Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed minimum within 2-5 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


  • CASTILLO DE ORO JEWELRY offers free shipping on orders over $150. If a shipment is returned by the carrier to CASTILLO DE ORO JEWELRY after multiple delivery attempts, the original purchaser will be contacted and is responsible for the reshipping fees. Reshipping fees start at $20

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

    • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Refund policy

We at CASTILLO DE ORO JEWELRY  strive to make you feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) based on our Return and Exchange Policy below

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Online Returns -

  • We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.

  • We do not refund for the cost of shipping

  • Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original CASTILLO DE ORO JEWELRY box,

  • Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense)

CASTILLO DE ORO JEWELRY  reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchange process for orders:

  • Put your jewelry in a shipping box along with your exchange form. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.

  • Bring your packaged box to a USPS

To start a return, you can contact us at 786-818-3404 . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address.Delivery costs not covered by Castillo de oro jewelry . They must be returned in the same box and packaging that were received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or Gift Cards , Cuban links, Anything in 10K Gold or Personalized Jewelry such as chains with names, initials they are final sale!


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically We will send you a STORE CREDIT for the total amount of the order .
